Universal City Overlook
It is interesting that this observation deck got its name not because of the fact that the town of Universal Studios can be seen from it, but thanks to the fact that it was built with the money of Universal Studios in one of the most prestigious districts of Los Angeles for the 1984 Summer Olympics together with another Hollywood Bowl Overlook , located slightly east and closer to Hollywood Boulevard.

We came to see what kind of view opens from the observation deck of Los Angeles. The area in which the Universal Studio is located is clearly visible - one of the main tourist attractions in Los Angeles
We visited Universal Observation Deck on a road trip along the 55-mile Holland Scenic Parkway and Corridor, which we drove almost entirely on our way from San Francisco to Los Angeles . Entry to Universal City Overlook is absolutely free for all visitors, opening hours are from 6:00 to 21:00. There is also free parking nearby and is located right along Holland Drive.
Holland Drive Road
The winding road of Holland Drive runs through the most prestigious neighborhoods of Los Angeles It's not far from the city center, but it's still pretty wild here Interesting fact: On the way to the Universal observation deck, there are many very expensive mansions in which movie stars and celebrities live. There are even special bus tours organized for tourists past their homes. We ourselves stopped several times as we drove down Holland Drive on our trip to Los Angeles , marveling at the sheer size of some of the Hollywood Hills estate and the size of the pools built there.

On the slopes of Hollywood Hills, there are such luxurious mansions
Universal City Overlook turned out to be quite a quiet place, from where it was pleasant to watch life in Los Angeles, looking out at familiar streets and wide highways. A grandiose panorama opened before us, and no one bothered us to calmly look at the city in the absence of hustle and bustle. When the sun's rays peeped out from behind the clouds, it was interesting to follow how the city changes under different lighting conditions. For more information articles visit special event.
