Thank you for choosing to use View Assist ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

View Assist does NOT require users to create an account or provide any registration or login information.
You can use all features of the app without submitting personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Our application uses the Android MediaProjection API to scan parts of your screen for user-defined visual patterns strictly to provide the core functionality of the app, including visual assistance and notification support.
All processing is performed entirely on your device.
All screen capture and image processing are performed locally in your device’s memory (RAM).
We do NOT record, store, upload, transmit, or share your screen content, screenshots, or any visual data with external servers or third parties.
Screen scanning operates only as a foreground service initiated by the user. A persistent notification is always displayed while the service is active and stops immediately when the user taps "Stop".

The app requests the SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission to display a floating control button over other apps.
This feature is used only to:
Allow users to stop the scanning process quickly
Capture visual templates for personal use
We do NOT use this permission to:
Intercept user input
Collect credentials
Monitor activity in other apps

We minimize data collection. However, to support subscriptions and trial functionality, we collect limited anonymous data:
Device Identifier (Android ID): Used to manage trial access, enforce daily usage limits, and process in-app purchases. This identifier is anonymized and not linked to personal information.
Usage Data: We track how long the scanning service runs each day to enforce the 30-minute daily free trial limit.
All data processing related to app functionality happens locally on your device.

We use trusted third-party services:
Google Play Billing: Handles secure subscription payments. We do not access or store your payment information.
Google Firebase (Firestore): Used only to verify subscription status and prevent fraud.

You can revoke Screen Capture or Overlay permissions at any time via your Android settings.
If permissions are revoked, the app will stop functioning without penalty.

Ứng dụng sử dụng Android MediaProjection API để quét một phần màn hình nhằm phục vụ chức năng chính như hỗ trợ thị giác và thông báo.
Mọi chức năng của ứng dụng đều được xử lý trực tiếp trên thiết bị của bạn.
Tất cả việc chụp và xử lý hình ảnh được thực hiện trong bộ nhớ (RAM) của thiết bị.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG ghi lại, lưu trữ, tải lên, truyền hoặc chia sẻ nội dung màn hình hoặc dữ liệu hình ảnh.
Việc quét màn hình chỉ hoạt động khi người dùng kích hoạt và luôn có thông báo hiển thị, dừng ngay khi nhấn “Stop”.

Can thiệp thao tác
Thu thập thông tin đăng nhập
Theo dõi hoạt động ứng dụng khác

Chúng tôi hạn chế tối đa việc thu thập dữ liệu:
Android ID: Dùng để quản lý dùng thử và mua trong ứng dụng, không liên kết với danh tính cá nhân.
Dữ liệu sử dụng: Theo dõi thời gian sử dụng để áp dụng giới hạn 30 phút/ngày.
Tất cả các chức năng chính của ứng dụng đều xử lý cục bộ trên thiết bị.
