This Privacy Policy describes the overall MateSaver (referred to below "MateSaver", "we", "us" and "our") policy, explaining to you how we collect and process information when you use MateSaver. We are fully aware of how important it is to keep your personal information confidential, safe and discrete. This Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect when you use the MateSaver Services, and what information is to be shared by those Companies that has cooperation with us, if any. A. What kind of Information we collects

MateSaver provides you a intermediary platform where you can upload, edit, view and share audios and videos. To provide you better services experiences on MateSaver we collect different types of data when you choose and use different functions:

 

a.Information you provide

(1) Information you provide. We collect information you provide when registration in order to use MateSaver, including login information such as session start/stop time, and network connection type (e.g., WiFi, cellular). We need such information to manage our services so that you do not have to login in MateSaver each time when you use MateSaver.

(2) Your use of MateSaver. We collect information when you use MateSaver, including the time you log in, how long you stay in-app, which function you access to, what content you view, select or like, and duration and frequency of your respective activities. 

(3) Networks and connections. We collect information about you choose to view and like on your own MateSaver account. 


b. Device Information

As foregoing mentioned, in order to provide you better service on MateSaver, it is also necessary for us to collect data that help us update, optimize, personalize and improve our services to you on MateSaver.  

(1) Device information. Such as the type and model, operation system of your mobile phone or personal computer, hardware versions, carrier name, IP address, applications using the MateSaver Services and the version of such applications battery level, signal strength, available storage space, and other resembling types. Other device data such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP, language. 

(2) Device identifiers. Device identifiers are those ascribed to it as IDFA, Android Advertising DA, telecommunication operator, or data resembling.


c. Cookies

Cookies are small text files input and store on your device, which enables the features and functionality of MateSaver services. MateSaver uses it's cookies to provide a Re-targeting service only.  We receive a cookie when you use MateSaver Services.  

NOTABLY that, the information mentioned under the foregoing Section A are all Non-Personally Related Information ("NPRI"). Such information is gathered by, so it can be used by MateSaver for the purpose of online retargeting only.  NPRI information collected by MateSaver for providing your better service purposes is completely anonymous. None of the NPRI information, under any circumstances, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual, and, upon expiration of one year period of collection, all NPRI will be routinely destroyed. 

B. How we use such information

a. To Provide Better Services of MateSaver

We use the information we collect to provide services to you, including personalized features and contents, such as the monitoring back-desk interface you could access after registration and login-in your account. Such personalized features are unique relevant to you. 

b. Safety, integrity and security

We use the foregoing information we collect to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent virus, plug-in, trojan or other malicious program or software. This safe-guard measures maintain the integrity and good business environment of MateSaver, which, in turn, provides you better service experiences on MateSaver.

            

C. How such information are shared

a. Information you share with others

When you update content, audio or video on MateSaver, or interact with other users on MateSaver, the other users of MateSaver or the receiving user can see the content you upload and share, or communicate to him/her. 

b. Law enforcement or legal request

MateSaver discloses personal information when required by law, judicial process, warrant, subpoena or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary for the following:

To conform to the edict of the law or comply with a legal process served on MateSaver or its Website or Services. To protect and defend the property rights of MateSaver, the MateSaver Website, or that of MateSaver Users or to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of MateSaver Users, employees, or the general public.

            

D. How to manage your information on MateSaver

You are of full rights and MateSaver provides you choices on our product to manage your information at your own selection.

a. Opting-out

Managing and Opting Out of MateSaver 's information collection services is easy; however please note that by Opting-Out, you will not be able to take full advantage of our services. By deleting your cookies, you will diminish MateSaver's ability to provide personalized services. However, you must ensure you clear your cookies each time you interact with MateSaver to ensure you are not receiving personalized services.

b. Consent choice

If you access MateSaver through an Android based device, your settings may allow you to “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads.” MateSaver will not use in-app information collected from that device to infer your interests or serve ads to that device that are targeted based on your inferred interests. Your mobile web browser may also provide a “Do Not Track” browser setting. When you have enabled this setting in your browser, MateSaver will not use mobile web browsing information from that browser to infer your interests or serve ads to that device that are targeting based on your inferred interests. MateSaver hopes you to honor opt-out preferences expressed using these controls. 

By visiting the MateSaver, you consent to our collection, use and share of any data as outlined above. If there are any changes to the policy statement you will be notified before the continued use of our technology on MateSaver product interface. Although we may alter the privacy policy at any time if any changes are made you will be notified publicly on MateSaver’s product interface as soon as the adjustment is made.

            

E. Security

At MateSaver, the security of your information is our utmost priority, and we take many strict measures in order to protect our data from unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure or destruction of data. Our data is only stored in centers that provide the highest quality security for your information. Physical access is strictly controlled both at the perimeter and at building ingress points by professional security staff utilizing video surveillance, and other electronic means.

            

F. Limitation of Liabilities

MateSaver has no direct control over, nor does it bear any of the responsibility for the privacy policies and/or content of any sites or on MateSaver Services, or the data these sites might deposit on your hard drive.

Attachment 1 Explanation of "MateSaver" Permission Application and Usage

a. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of "MateSaver", we will apply for or use the relevant permissions of the operating system according to the actual business scenario;

b. In order to protect your right to know, we display the relevant operating system permissions that the product may apply for and use through the following list, and you can manage the relevant permissions according to your actual needs;

c. According to product upgrades, the types and purposes of application and use rights will change according to product functions, and we will adjust the list according to these changes in a timely manner to ensure that you are informed of the application and use of rights in a timely manner;

d. Please be aware that for the functional and security needs of our business and products, we will consider using third-party SDKs based on actual business scenarios, and these third parties will also apply for or use relevant operating system permissions;

e. In the process of using the product, if you use the H5 interface or applet developed by a third party, the plug-in or applet developed by these third parties will apply for or use the relevant operating system permissions according to the actual business function needs.

Attachment 2 "MateSaver" accesses the third-party SDK directory

In order to ensure the realization of the relevant functions of "MateSaver" and the safe and stable operation of the application, we will access the software development kit (SDK) provided by a third party to achieve related purposes according to the needs of actual business scenarios.

We will conduct strict security monitoring on the software tool development kits (SDKs) used by partners to obtain information to protect data security.

The relevant third-party SDKs we access to are listed in the catalog.

Please note that the third-party SDK may change the data processing type due to its version upgrade, policy adjustment, etc., please refer to the official description of its formula.


a.Firebase SDK

Purpose of use: to provide statistical analysis services and basic anti-cheating capabilities

Get information: device MAC address, unique device identifier (IMEI/OPENUDID/GUID), advertising identifier, SIM card IMSI information, network status, WiFi status, WiFi MAC address

Invoked device permissions: get network status, access WiFi status, allow applications to network

Purpose of use: push advertising information to users, anti-cheating
