We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your personal media files with third parties unless you intentionally use a feature that shares, exports, or opens a file with another app or service.
When online metadata features are used, search requests may be sent to TMDB to retrieve matching media information and artwork.

App settings such as resume points, favorites, hidden-folder preferences, playback options, and theme choices may be stored locally on your device to remember your preferences.
Movie or series metadata retrieved from TMDB, such as titles, artwork paths, descriptions, cast details, and match information, may be cached locally on your device.
Vault or app-lock features are protected locally by your PIN or Android device authentication, such as fingerprint, device PIN, pattern, or password. VidiMox Player does not provide a server-side recovery backdoor.
Hidden folders are hidden only from VidiMox Player library views. Files are not encrypted, moved, uploaded, or hidden from other gallery or file manager apps by this feature.
You are responsible for managing the files stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, Android may remove app-specific settings and cached data according to system behavior.
