Welcome to my webpage!

I am currently a PhD student in the SIMBA team at INRIA Nancy, since October 2024, supervised by Coralie Fritsch, Ulysse Herbach, and Nicolas Champagnat. I am expected to defend by the end of 2027.

My research focuses on Bayesian statistical models for evolutionary tree inference, with an application to tumor clonal evolution in leukemia. I work at the intersection of probability, mathematical biology and Bayesian computation, utilizing tools such as variational inference and stochastic EM algorithms to reconstruct evolutionary structure from biological data.

Before starting my PhD, I completed a Master's in Stochastic Modeling in Neuroscience through the Erasmus Mundus program InterMaths, studying at the University of L'Aquila, University of Hamburg, and Université Côte d'Azur.
