This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. It also explains your privacy rights and how you are protected under applicable laws.

You means the individual using the Service, or the legal entity on whose behalf such individual is using the Service.
Images uploaded by users are used exclusively for image generation. These images are not stored or retained beyond the time necessary to complete the generation process. We do not collect, store, or retain any facial recognition data. Once the image generation process is complete, all uploaded images are promptly and permanently deleted from our systems.
Face detection is performed only before users upload their images, and the face data is immediately and permanently deleted from our system after the detection is complete. We do not collect, store, or retain any facial recognition data, nor do we share it with any third parties.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to:

Usage Data is collected automatically during your use of the Service and may include:

Information from Device Camera and Photo Library
With your prior permission, while using the Application, we may collect pictures and related information from your device’s camera and photo library to provide specific features. This information may be uploaded to our servers or a Service Provider’s servers, or stored locally on your device. You may enable or disable this access at any time through your device settings.
