This Privacy Policy describes how Clipmatic: AI Video & Reels ("Clipmatic", "we", "us") collects, uses, and handles your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Clipmatic does not require users to register or log in.
We do not collect or store your:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Contacts
Device ID
Location data
All usage is anonymous and local to your device unless stated below.
When you create a video using a template:
Your uploaded images are sent to our backend server to generate the video.
Once processing is complete, the generated video is returned to your device.
Uploaded media is only used for that specific generation and is never shared, reused, or made public.
If you delete a video from within the app:
It is also permanently deleted from our backend servers.
We do not store backups or retain any deleted content.
Some features (e.g., premium templates or higher generation quotas) require a subscription.
All payments are handled exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID.
We do not access, process, or store any billing information.
To improve app performance and understand user behavior:
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data.
We may also use Adjust for marketing attribution and campaign performance tracking.
These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.
You must be at least 4 years old to use Clipmatic.
Users under 18 should use the app under adult supervision.
Uploaded media is encrypted in transit.
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data during video generation.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
You will be deemed to have accepted the updated policy by continuing to use the app.
