1. About this policy
Store X ("we", "us", or "our") develops Funny Status Video Maker (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled when you browse templates, import media, edit and export videos, use advertising features, or contact us. It covers the App on Android and iOS, including iPad, and its connected web workspace.
2. Information you provide
Media and projects. When you choose to upload photos, videos, or audio, the selected files are sent to the App's connected server and stored for use in your workspace. We also store information needed to organize and reopen your work, including file names, media type and duration, albums, project names, captions, template choices, crop and trim settings, audio choices, and favorites. Original files may contain embedded metadata; the current upload flow does not automatically remove it.
Preferences. Language, template layout, aspect ratio, autoplay, and interface-motion preferences are stored locally on your device or in your browser.
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve related issues. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
3. How we use information
We use your media and project information to provide template previews, editing, library storage, and video creation. We use preferences to remember your choices, support messages to assist you, and technical information to operate the service, investigate errors, and protect against misuse. Advertising-related processing is explained below.
Rendering and video export take place on your device or in your browser. This does not mean all content stays on your device: imported files and saved project information are uploaded as described in section 2. Exported files remain in the destination you select. They are sent to another app or recipient only when you choose to share them.
4. Face and background effects
Some templates use on-device face detection, facial feature positions, or subject segmentation to align an effect or remove a background. The App uses these results to render the selected effect, not to identify a person or authenticate an account.
Derived face positions, crop bounds, and segmentation masks are held in temporary runtime memory and may be cached while the App or page remains open. The current effect pipeline does not upload these derived results, save them as a server-side face profile, or send them to AdMob. They are released when their runtime cache is evicted or the page or process is terminated. Your original uploaded media is stored separately under section 2, and exported videos can contain the visible result of an effect.
5. Advertising and technical information
The current Android and iOS test build includes Google AdMob. Ads are requested when you explicitly use the ad-testing features. It uses Google's test advertising identifiers and requests non-personalized ads. The browser version does not display these native AdMob ads.
When the Google Mobile Ads SDK runs, Google may process an IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, device or app identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This supports advertising delivery, measurement, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. Test ads and non-personalized ads do not mean that no data is processed. Store X does not pass your uploaded media or project captions to AdMob as advertising parameters.
You can manage available advertising-identifier and tracking controls in your device settings. Availability and effects depend on your operating system. The current App does not provide an in-app advertising-consent preferences screen. Your privacy choices do not necessarily prevent all technical or fraud-prevention processing by Google.
Hosting and file-delivery services also receive network information, such as your IP address and request details, when your device connects to them. Error information may be recorded to diagnose failed uploads or other service problems.

6. Service providers and access to content
The connected workspace uses Cloudflare hosting, database, and file-storage services to process and store uploaded media and project information. Google provides the advertising service described above. Our email provider processes messages you send to the support address. Their processing is governed by applicable service arrangements and their own privacy information.

The current workspace is shared within a deployment and does not provide separate signed-in user libraries. Other people who can access the same workspace may be able to view saved projects and media. Media links do not have a separate per-user authorization check. Do not treat the current test workspace as private cloud storage.
When you share an exported video through another app or service, that recipient's privacy practices apply. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where legally permitted and necessary to investigate abuse or protect users and the service.
7. Permissions and local storage
You choose which photos, videos, or audio files to import through the file-selection interface. The current App does not request access to your contacts, precise GPS location, microphone recording, or camera capture. Access to selected files, downloads, and sharing is subject to the controls provided by your device or browser. Declining access to a file may prevent the associated editing feature from working.
Local storage and caches keep preferences and resources needed by the App. Clearing app or browser data may reset these preferences and remove local caches. Files you save outside the App are managed separately by your device and any backup service you use.
8. Retention and deletion
Uploaded media and saved project information remain in the connected workspace until removed through the available controls or deleted by Store X. The current build has no automatic expiry for uploaded files. Removing a media item from the library removes its library reference but does not automatically erase the original file from server storage. Removing an album does not erase its underlying media. A media item used in a project may need to be removed from that project before its library entry can be removed.
To request deletion of server-stored media, project information, or support correspondence, email diepquocphong@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy / Data deletion - Funny Status Video Maker". Include enough information to locate the relevant content, such as the project or file name and approximate upload date. We may request limited additional information to verify your authority over the content. Please do not send passwords or identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.
We will assess requests and any legally required retention and explain the outcome. Information retained for a legal obligation or dispute will be limited to what is needed for that purpose. Provider-controlled logs and backup copies may have separate retention cycles; request details from us if relevant to your request. Uninstalling the App does not by itself delete server-stored content, shared copies, or videos already saved to your device. Information held independently by Google is subject to Google's retention rules and privacy controls.
9. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to upload media, change local preferences, use available library controls, manage device permissions, and contact us about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion or a portable copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on it, or complain to a competent privacy authority. Email us to exercise applicable rights. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and explain any relevant limitations.
10. Security and international processing
Network services, device storage, and hosting providers have different security and access controls. The shared-workspace and media-link limitations in section 6 apply to the current test build. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a trusted device and avoid uploading confidential material to a workspace accessible to others.
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their locations and privacy practices are described in their privacy information. Contact us for questions about the handling of your content or international processing.
11. Children's privacy
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, contact us at diepquocphong@gmail.com. We will investigate and handle any deletion or other required action in accordance with applicable law. Do not upload images or other personal information about another person unless you have the necessary authority to do so.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the App's features, providers, or data practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request consent where required. This policy describes data practices; it is not itself a request for advertising or tracking consent.
