Every project already contains a story. My job is to find it. For three decades, I have worked where storytelling disciplines overlap: producing, directing, casting, new-play development, actor coaching and video. I do my best work as a fly on the wall of a creative process—watching closely, asking the right questions, then reflecting the story back with clarity, heart and purpose.
