By downloading or using Video Splitter: Story Splitter ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You keep all rights to the videos you process with the App. You are solely responsible for the content you split, merge, watermark, or share, and for making sure you have the rights to use it. Do not use the App to process content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
The App offers optional premium features through the following plans:
Weekly — auto-renewable subscription, billed every week.
Monthly — auto-renewable subscription, billed every month.
Lifetime — one-time purchase, unlocks premium features permanently.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region. If a subscription price changes, you will be notified by Apple and must agree before renewal at the new price.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App, and you may not use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Firebase Analytics (Google) — for anonymous usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat — for subscription management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of content. Always keep a copy of your original videos.
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
