Collected Data: The App allows you to manage videos, to view. All video related data, including file name, file path, type, metadata, and other related details, are stored locally on your device and not shared with third parties.
App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized app usage data, such as which features are used and how often, to improve the App. This data is collected through third-party services like Firebase Analytics and does not personally identify you.
Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, such as hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This data helps improve the performance and compatibility of the App.
2. Data Storage and Security
All data related to The App is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized.
We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
3. Payment Terms
In-App Purchases: No In-App Purchases have been added to the App as of now, but we may add it in future.

Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad preferences in the device settings.
Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you.
Karumi dexter: The dependency implementation 'com.karumi:dexter:6.2.3' is for the Dexter library, which is used in Android development to handle runtime permissions in a more user-friendly way.
Room Db: We use RoomDB (androidx.room:room) to store and manage data locally on your device. This is used to save information related to your video playback preferences, watch history, and other app-related data. Rest assured, we do not store or transmit any personal information, including video files or any other media, to third parties.
SDP & SSP: We use SDP("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") & SSP("com.intuit.ssp:ssp-android") to manage responsive and flexible user interface across different device ratios and sizes.
Glide: We use Glide("com.github.bumptech.glide:glide") to display any images/media within App efficiently.
EventBus: We use EventBus("org.greenrobot:eventbus") to send events and data within App efficiently.
Hilt Dependency: We use Hilt DI to simplifying the management of dependencies in an MVVM architecture. This helps reduce boilerplate code and improves testability by automatically providing dependencies where needed.
CYM Chad: The dependency io.github.cymchad:BaseRecyclerViewAdapterHelper4:4.1.4 is part of the BaseRecyclerViewAdapterHelper (BRVAH) library, which is widely used in Android development to simplify the process of creating and managing RecyclerViews.
Gson: We use the Gson library (com.google.code.gson:gson) to convert Java and Kotlin objects to JSON and vice versa. This library simplifies the process of serializing and deserializing data, making it easier to handle JSON data from APIs and store it in local storage.
Exoplayer: The dependency 'com.google.android.exoplayer:exoplayer:2.18.7' is used to integrate ExoPlayer, a powerful media player library developed by Google, into your Android app. ExoPlayer is primarily used for playing audio and video content, and it offers many features that make it more flexible and customizable compared to the standard MediaPlayer class in Android.
Airbnb Lottie: we use com.airbnb.android:lottie Adobe After Effects animations exported as json with Bodymovin and render them natively on mobile!
String Obfuscation: We use io.michaelrocks.paranoid to secure and obfuscate strings and texts used within The App for enhanced data and code security.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

7. Permissions Requested
The App may request the following permissions:
Notification Access: The app may utilise the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to app or other relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Network Access: This may be required for downloading updates or serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App. android.permission.INTERNET, android.permission. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Wake Lock(in SDK): The WAKE_LOCK permission in Android is used to allow an application to prevent the phone's screen from dimming and turning off. This can be crucial for apps that require continuous user interaction or need to keep the CPU running while the device is in a low-power state.
Storage Access: The permissions READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE allow the app to access and manage videos stored on the user's device. These permissions enable the app to list user videos for playback, as well as to implement features such as renaming, deleting, and sharing videos. We do not collect any personal information from the user's storage; these permissions are solely used to enhance the functionality of the app.android.permission.READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, android.permission. System alert window: The permission SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW is used in Android applications to allow the app to display overlays on top of other apps. This permission enables the app to create windows that can float over other applications.
Foreground service: The permission FOREGROUND_SERVICE is used in Android applications to indicate that the app intends to use foreground services. A foreground service is a service that is given a higher priority by the system because it is performing a task that is noticeable to the user.
GMS AD-ID (In SDK): The permission "com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID" is used in Android applications to request access to the advertising identifier (AD ID) provided by Google Play services.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
