If somebody have the solution please help me, or there is no solution can someone explain me how to restore all my settings and presets of video copilot to see if it change something, because I thing I activated something who goes in all of my project and now I can't add shadows....

A few weeks ago I had a problem with VideoCopilot's Element plugin. I immidiateley started working in C4D instead as I had short deadlines but in the meantime I shot an e-mail at video copilot, just in case. They replied in a few minutes and even though it was really hard to figure out my problem they spent several hours on it and replicated my setup to find a solution. They are awesome.

If you are familiar with 3D element, once you have your object ready you know that you just click OK and it imports it to your footage with no problem. However when i do it, the preivew video screen(dont really know the official term) just goes all black. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

I have a similar problem, afer I click ok (in elements) my text comes in if I turn the eye on the text layer but it is behind what looks like a dragged out text box. I can move the text around inside the box but cannot get it to show fully. Setup - Windows 8 64b, Nvidia GT640 (added to the list). Any ideas?

Hi. Did you find an answer? Recently i buy a new workstation with a Ryzen Threadripper and i having problems with Element. I contact Videocopilot support and the said that they have reports of problems wit the DOF pixel blur and this kind of processors.

It is possible to use Element on a network render farm but we do not recommend or support it because inconsistencies of GPU rendering. Since Element renders with impressive speed on a single GPU it is ideal to pre-render any 3D elements before pushing to the render farm.

I have logged several emails with @copilot with no response, even reporting this as a bug with logs etc.

I have even paid $90 to have an online session, but despite many attempts to use the session, I have been unable to get any response from @copilot.

The payment intent and client secret are on a connected account, when I create the payment element I pass in this client secret and specify the connected account.

It appears that it is looking in the current stripe account rather than the connected account.

I am using the figure element just to play around with it but ran into a problem, I am trying to put one figure element to the left and the p element to the right of that figure. As for the other figure, it's the same thing but vice versa. I got the figure element to float where they need to go but I am having trouble figuring out how to float the element where it needs to go and have it lined up with the figure element. It just looks jacked up and the more I play around and try to fix it the more jacked up it looks. Anyways the code I am about to show you is the closest I've gotten it to get the element to go where it needs to go. this is my HTML code.

Group Symmetry Mode

In short, group symmetry allows you to designate a reflection of your group within the E3D scene interface. In one of his demos, Kramer uses a futuristic door as an example, and it really makes a lot of sense when describing how Group Symmetry Mode works. If you have one side of a door created and want to simply reflect that side on the X, Y and/or Z-axis, you can enable Group Symmetry by clicking on your group and checking the Group Symmetry box. I have a element 3d layer and a JPEG layer that i ticked it 3d, now when i use Camera layer, JPEG layer doesnt move with element 3d layer, is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi there, I am currently working on a flow where I will open multiple excel and amending columns in there, however the excel comes in protected view. I am trying to use UI Element to click my way to make the sheet "unprotected". The issue I am facing is that the UI Element does not work on the excel file it opens. I took the elements from a new Excel sheet, hence it is Book2. I tried editing the element to look for "CurrentItem" as the name of the Excel book but it is still not able to work. The error is "Failed to get window".

So here I set the excel instance to be maximized and focused in the foreground. Instead of "Click UI element in Window" action, use the "Send mouse click" action. Since the "Review" tab, "Protect/Unprotect Sheet" button and the pop ups are fixed.
