Only when you need urgent assistance from the admin, use the in-game report.

For all other bugs, lost items and other reports that are not urgent, you need to open a discord ticket. ( 5 Day Ban )

• Before asking for help from the admin, e.g. To get a revive, be sure if there is an online ems player at that moment, wait at least 7-10 minutes, and if no ems appears, request a revive from the administration. ( 10 Day Ban )

• Forgetting pills/vaccines/serums... do not exist and are prohibited on the server! ( Perma Ban )

• Opening a ticket for the purpose of requesting a pardon for the ban of a friend/acquaintance is strictly prohibited. ( Ban 30 Days )

• Our administrators are experienced roleplay players and they certainly do not want to ban you for private or other reasons, if you think you have been banned for no reason, contact us through the ticket system.

• You have the right to open one ticket once every 7 days, unless it is an urgent situation. For example: Player report, lost item, big bug report, etc.

• Writing in the wrong channels of the discord server is strictly prohibited.

Eg: Bug report in Chat instead of #bugovi channel.

Eg: Writing Ideas in chat instead of #ideje channel.

Eg: Correspondence in the channel #bugovi instead of #chat.

( 3X Warnings - perma ban )

• Violating the RP Server rules more than 3 times will result in a Perma Ban from the RP and Discord Server

• If you have violated any rule from the community rules, a BAN will be assigned based on the severity of destroying the RP experience or Discord experience of other community members.

Examples:

• If you have threatened only your RP, the administration will assign the smallest penalty defined by the current rules of the community (15/30 Days / Perma Ban)

• If you threatened up to 2 players, the administration will assign a medium or smaller penalty defined by the current community rulebook (15/30 Days / Perma Ban)
