DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION
Gather stock count details from physical inventory checks or automated POS systems.
Ensure you have the following information:
Product details (e.g., No., Description, UOM – Unit of Measure, Division Code)
Stock levels (e.g., SOH Qty, Physical Stock Qty)
Retail prices (RSP) and valuation data
Variance values (differences between system and physical stock)
Enter data accurately into appropriate column. such as( Column A (No.) → Enter unique product identification numbers. Column B (Description) → Input the product name (e.g., "PAWPAW", "APPLE GREEN"). Column C (Division Code) → Assign division codes (e.g., "07" for F&V).)
Cross-check physical stock with system data to minimize errors.
Verify calculations using formulas (SUM, IFERROR, etc.).
Apply conditional formatting to highlight discrepancies (yellow background in this case).
DESCRIPTION
The first column (A) lists item descriptions (e.g., Assorted Muffin, Banana Cake, Beef Burger, etc.).
The second row (B-Q) represents sales per hour, with the header labeled "Hour" and time slots from 7 AM to 9 PM (21:00).
Each cell in the table contains numerical values representing sales quantities per hour.
Data is color-coded using conditional formatting:
Red: Low or no sales.
Yellow/Orange: Moderate sales.
Green: High sales.
There is a trend column (P-Q) with small line graphs showing the sales pattern over time.
Columns Include:
Item No. – Unique identification numbers for each product.
Description – The type of meat product (e.g., Beef Fillet Steak, Chicken Drumstick, Whole Chicken).
Department – All items belong to the Production department.
Qty to Produce – The planned quantity for production.
Area Code – Possibly a location or storage code (PHTB01).
Production Stages (Prod1 - Prod9) – Columns for tracking different production stages, with values entered under Prod1, while the rest are empty.
Used to track the production process and monitor progress in different stages.
Helps in inventory management by comparing planned vs. actual production.
Can be updated in real-time by production teams for accuracy.
