• Constitutes bullying, harassment, or threats.

• Promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for suicide, self-harm, or dangerous acts.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement
By uploading images or generating content through the Services, you grant Vico AI the right to review such content for compliance with these Terms. We use both automated systems and human moderation to monitor content.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates them. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

6. Service Availability and Use
