VialDeck helps you run chemistry calculations and browse element information. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled by the app and how it is used.

Where Data Is Stored
Saved log entries and app settings are stored locally on your device.
VialDeck does not require an account to function.

VialDeck does not sell your personal information.
If you choose to make a contribution:
Purchases are processed by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase).
Purchase handling follows the store’s policies and may involve information handled by the store and its payment infrastructure.
Third-Party Services
In-app purchases
Used for optional contribution packs. The app store may collect and process purchase-related information.
WebView (Hosted Policy Page)
The app can load a hosted policy page inside a web view. When loading this page, network requests are made to the hosting provider.
Permissions
Internet: required for loading the hosted policy page and for in-app purchase availability checks.
Billing: required for processing optional contribution packs.
Data Retention
Saved entries remain on your device until you delete them or clear the log.
You can reset settings and clear saved history at any time from within the app.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards within the app, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to avoid saving sensitive personal information in the log.
Children’s Privacy
VialDeck is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised Effective Date.
