Your media and your device
VEYORA TV plays sources and media you are authorised to use. We do not supply channels or subscriptions. No VEYORA account is required. We do not operate a backend that receives your playlists, source passwords, viewing activity or media. The app has no developer analytics or remote crash-reporting service.
Source configuration and credentials are stored locally using Android Keystore-backed encryption. Channel lists, programme guide data, favourites, category order, provider account information and preferences are processed on your device. Local data remains until removed in the app, cleared through Android Settings or uninstalled, subject to Android behaviour. Caches may be replaced during use.
Requests to your providers
Adding or refreshing sources, guides and account information, playing streams and loading logos contacts the provider or image host. That recipient receives your IP address and requested resource, plus credentials or headers required by your source. Optional background updates also make provider requests. Provider privacy and retention practices apply. Sources may use unencrypted HTTP, which can expose information in transit. VEYORA does not proxy these requests.
Files and external storage
You select files and folders through Android's system picker and grant access to those locations. Permissions may be retained for future access. Installed cloud storage providers, including Google Drive where available, handle their own authentication, transfers and storage under their policies. VEYORA does not receive your cloud password. Browsing existing recordings does not mean the app provides cloud DVR or programme recording.
Google Play purchases
Where purchases are available, Google processes payments. The app receives purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock features and restore purchases through your Play account. We do not receive full payment card details. Google retains transaction records under its policies. Clearing app data does not cancel a Play purchase.
Advertising and choices
The advertising-enabled free version uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for applicable consent and privacy choices. Banners appear only on the mobile home screen, never over playback. The app requests contextual/non-personalised advertising. Non-personalised ads still involve data processing: Google SDKs may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics and consent signals for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and security. Use the consent interface and the app's advertising privacy options where available to review choices. Advertising depends on configuration, consent and platform support. Pro removes ads.

Sharing, security and support
We do not sell your source credentials or media. Your chosen providers, Google services and selected storage providers process data as described above, potentially internationally under their policies. Platform protection and encryption reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you email support, we receive your address and information you send, use it to resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, access tokens or full stream URLs. Review any diagnostic material before sharing it.
Your controls and rights
You can remove sources or guide data, disable background updates, revoke file permissions or clear app storage in Android Settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not delete external files, cloud storage, provider records or Google transactions. Contact those services to manage their records.

Children and changes
VEYORA TV is not designed specifically for children. Adults are responsible for the sources and content they add. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information through support. We may update this policy as the app changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
