Veyla develops and publishes mobile and software applications, including productivity tools, file tools, editing tools, and utility apps.
This Privacy Policy explains how Veyla apps handle information when you use them. This policy applies to apps published by Veyla unless a specific app provides its own separate privacy policy.
Veyla apps are designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
Depending on the app and the features you choose to use, a Veyla app may access or store information locally on your device, such as:
app settings and preferences
reminders, schedules, plans, routines, or journal entries
files, folders, documents, media, or other content you choose to open or edit
file names, folder names, file sizes, or file counts
purchase or subscription status from an official app store
Veyla does not sell your personal data.
Many Veyla apps are designed to work directly on your device.
When an app edits, organizes, renames, compresses, extracts, converts, cleans, or saves content, that content is generally processed locally on your device unless the app clearly states otherwise.
Veyla does not upload your personal files, documents, photos, videos, audio files, journal entries, reminders, or other private content to Veyla servers unless a feature clearly requires online processing and you are informed.
Some Veyla apps may request access to files, folders, photos, media, notifications, reminders, or other device features.
These permissions are used only to provide the app’s features. For example, an app may request access so you can:
select files or folders
rename, move, organize, or delete files
compress or extract archives
convert supported file types
edit or clean documents
save app settings or user-created content
receive reminders or notifications
You can manage app permissions through your device settings.
Some Veyla apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, or free trials through Google Play or another official app store billing system.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing information are handled by the app store provider.
Veyla does not receive your full credit card number, banking details, or payment password.
A Veyla app may receive limited purchase status information from the app store, such as whether a subscription is active, expired, canceled, or restored. This is used to unlock paid features and restore purchases.
Veyla apps do not sell user data.
Veyla apps do not use third-party advertising or tracking unless this is clearly disclosed in the app, store listing, or an updated version of this Privacy Policy.
If a Veyla app uses analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud backup, account login, or similar services in the future, this Privacy Policy and the app’s store disclosures may be updated to explain what information is collected and why.
Veyla does not sell your personal data.
Veyla does not share your personal files, private content, journal entries, reminders, or app-created content with third parties, except when necessary to:
provide a feature you choose to use
process purchases through an official app store
comply with legal obligations
protect the rights, safety, or security of users, Veyla, or others
Third-party platforms, such as Google Play, may process payment, subscription, and transaction-related information under their own privacy policies.
For apps that store information locally, your data generally remains on your device unless you delete it, clear app data, uninstall the app, or save/export it somewhere else.
Some files created or edited by a Veyla app may remain in the folder or storage location you selected until you delete them.
Because many Veyla apps process files and content locally, you are responsible for keeping backups of important files before editing, renaming, deleting, converting, compressing, extracting, or cleaning them.
Veyla apps are not intended for children under 13 unless a specific app clearly states otherwise.
Veyla does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a Veyla app, please contact us so we can address the issue.
You may:
manage app permissions through your device settings
delete app data through your device settings
uninstall any Veyla app at any time
manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account
choose whether to grant access to files, media, notifications, or other device features

Veyla may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of Veyla apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
