These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vestra mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Vestra App ("Vestra", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vestra is an AI-powered virtual try-on studio. You upload a full-body photo of yourself (your "model"), select a garment and a scene, and the Service generates a synthetic try-on image or video ("Render") using third-party AI models. Renders are AI-generated imagery — they are illustrative visualizations, not photographs of real events, and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service creates an anonymous account for you automatically; no email or password is required. Your account and its credit balance are tied to secure credentials stored on your device. If you delete those credentials or lose access to your device before linking the account to a sign-in method (where available), your account, credits, and content may be permanently unrecoverable. We are not responsible for loss of access caused by device loss, resets, or removal of app data.
The Service uses virtual credits. Generating a photo Render costs 4 credits; a video Render costs 8 credits. Prices may change at any time.
Credits can be obtained through one-time purchases, subscriptions, or promotional grants. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not collect your payment details.
Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used within the Service.
If a Render fails for technical reasons, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance.
Except where required by applicable law or the app store's refund policies, purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store / Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Credits granted with a subscription are delivered per billing period.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the credit system, and may expire promotional credits, with reasonable notice where required by law.
You retain ownership of photos you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the Renders generated from your inputs.
By uploading content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service (including transmitting it to our AI-processing and storage providers).
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to every photo you upload, and that any person depicted has consented to its use in the Service.
You must not upload: photos of any person without their consent; photos of minors other than yourself (and only where you meet the age requirements above); nude, sexually explicit, or unlawful content; content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights; or content intended to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
You agree not to: (a) use Renders to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate anyone, or present them as authentic photographs of real events; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service by automated means; (c) circumvent credit, payment, or security mechanisms; (d) resell the Service; (e) use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Renders are produced by generative AI. They may be inaccurate, may not faithfully represent how garments fit or look in reality, and are not a substitute for viewing a physical product. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any Render.
The Service, including its software, design, catalog imagery, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited license to use the app on your personal device, no rights are granted to you.
The Service depends on third-party providers (including cloud infrastructure, content delivery, AI model providers, and app stores). We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited except where the law requires otherwise.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance; Apple is not responsible for any product warranty, product claims, or third-party IP claims; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on our website; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at [TERMS URL].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
