Vesko Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) developed Hello First Grade as an educational application for
children approximately 5–8 years old and their parents.
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the
application and its service providers process, why it is processed, and the choices available to
parents.
The application does not require children to create an account.
We do not ask children to provide:
- Their name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Contacts
- Precise location
- Photographs
- Login credentials
- Advertising identifiers
The application does not contain public profiles, chat rooms, user accounts, or direct communication
between users.
The application uses limited Google Firebase services for app functionality, diagnostics, performance
monitoring, notification delivery, configuration and general usage measurement.
Depending on the device and application configuration, these services may automatically process
limited technical information, such as:
- App version and package information
- Device model and operating-system version
- General device and application metadata
- Language and country or approximate region
- App-instance and installation identifiers
- Application interactions and feature usage
- Session information
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
- Application startup and performance measurements
- Network-performance information
- Notification-delivery tokens
We do not use this information to identify children by name.
The application does not request access to the Android Advertising ID and does not use collected
information for personalized advertising or remarketing.
Limited technical information is used for the following purposes:
- Maintaining and improving the application
- Understanding which educational activities are used
- Detecting and fixing crashes and technical problems
- Monitoring application reliability and performance
- Delivering important application notifications
- Providing application configuration and seasonal educational content
- Verifying access to purchased features
- Protecting the security and integrity of the application
We do not sell personal information.
The application uses the following Google Firebase services:
Firebase Analytics helps us understand general application usage, such as which games are opened and
whether application features work as expected.
We do not send names, email addresses, children’s written answers, handwritten drawings, or other
directly identifying information to Firebase Analytics.
Advertising-ID collection and personalized-advertising signals are disabled.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, relevant application state and device information when
the application encounters a technical problem. This information is used to identify and repair
errors.
Firebase Performance Monitoring collects technical measurements such as application startup time and
network-request performance. This information helps us improve speed and reliability.
Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver application notifications. Google may generate an
installation token for notification delivery.
Users may decline notification permission or disable notifications at any time through the device’s
settings.
Firebase Remote Config downloads configuration values used by the application, including
configuration for educational content, supported application versions and other app behavior.
Some Firebase services use installation and session identifiers to operate, measure reliability and
associate technical events from the same application installation.
Information about Firebase data processing is available in Google’s documentation:

Educational progress, selected levels, preferences and similar game information may be stored locally
on the device.
In the letter-writing game, a child’s drawing strokes may be stored temporarily or locally to display
the completed-game results. These drawings are not uploaded to our servers or Firebase by the
application.
Local information can generally be removed by clearing the application’s data or uninstalling the
application. Some device backup systems may retain application data according to the device owner’s
Android or Google backup settings.
The application includes optional sharing features.
Users may choose to:
- Share a link to the application’s Google Play listing
- Share an image of completed letter-writing results
The result image is created locally on the device. It is not shared unless the user deliberately
selects the Share button and chooses an external application through Android’s system share
interface.
Once information is sent to another application, such as an email or messaging application, that
application’s privacy policy and data practices apply. We do not control how third-party applications
process shared information.
Parents should supervise children’s use of sharing features. Children should not add names, contact
details or other personal information to content they share.
The application may open limited external services for parent or technical-support purposes,
including:
- The application’s Google Play Store page
- The Google Text-to-Speech page on Google Play
- Android Text-to-Speech settings
- A YouTube tutorial explaining Text-to-Speech setup
When an external service is opened, its own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not control the
content or privacy practices of third-party services.
The application offers one optional, non-recurring purchase that unlocks the complete application. It
is a lifetime purchase and not a monthly or yearly subscription.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store payment-card details.
Google Play may provide the application with limited transaction information, such as purchase status
and a transaction identifier, so that the application can verify and restore access.
Google’s payment privacy practices are described in Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Parents can use Google Play purchase authentication and Family Link purchase approvals to help
prevent unauthorized purchases.
The application does not display third-party advertisements.
The application does not use personalized advertising, behavioral advertising or remarketing.
The application is designed for children and families. We follow Google Play’s Families Policy and
aim to collect only limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the
application.
We do not knowingly request directly identifying personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may
contact us at the address below. We will investigate the request and take reasonable steps to delete
the information where possible.
Limited technical information may be processed by Google as our service provider through Firebase and
Google Play services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce
legal rights, or protect the security of the application.
We do not sell children’s personal information to third parties.
Local application information remains on the device until it is cleared, overwritten or removed by
uninstalling the application, subject to the device owner’s backup settings.
Technical information processed through Firebase is retained according to our Firebase and Google
Analytics configuration and Google’s applicable retention practices. We retain information only for
as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the application or comply with legal
obligations.
Parents may contact us to request information about deletion. Because the application does not use
accounts or collect a child’s name or email address, we may be unable to associate Firebase technical
information with a particular child without relevant device or installation information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the
application.
Information transmitted to Google Firebase and Google Play services is encrypted in transit. However,
no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google and its service providers may process technical information in countries other than the user’s
country of residence. These locations may have different data-protection laws.
Google provides information about its privacy, security and international data-transfer practices at:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Parents and guardians may:
- Decline or disable notifications
- Prevent or supervise sharing
- Enable Google Play purchase authentication
- Use Family Link purchase approvals
- Clear the application’s local data
- Uninstall the application
- Contact us with a privacy or deletion request
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, its services or legal requirements change.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be
communicated through the application or its Google Play listing where appropriate.
