Verto – Account & Data Deletion

What will be deleted

• Pseudonymous account ID

• Display name (username)

• Gameplay stats and leaderboard entries associated with your ID

What we may retain

• Minimal server logs required for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (up to 30 days), after which they are permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

• Send an email to ludarium.games@gmail.com with the subject “Verto – Delete my account”.

• Include your in-game username and, if available, your player ID (you can find it on the rating screen in the app).

Timeline

• We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and delete the account data within 30 days of verifying ownership.
