AI Video ("AI Video", "we", "us", or "our") provides the AI Video mobile
application (the "App"), an AI-powered tool that generates videos from text
prompts and images. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, and the choices you have.

a) Account / Device Identifiers
The App does not require you to register with a name, email, or password. To
provide a continuous experience, we create an anonymous guest account tied to
a randomly generated user ID and a device identifier. We also process basic
device information such as device model, operating system version, and app
version.
b) Content You Provide
- Text prompts you enter to generate videos.
- Images you upload to generate videos.
- Videos generated for you, which are stored so you can access them in your
library.
c) Purchase Information
When you buy credits or a subscription, the transaction is processed by
Google Play and our payments partner (RevenueCat). We receive confirmation of
purchases and subscription status but do not collect or store your full
payment card details.
d) Usage Data
We may collect limited technical and usage data (for example, generation
requests, errors, and performance metrics) to operate and improve the App.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- Maintain your guest account, credit balance, and generation library.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

- Service providers that help us run the App, including cloud hosting, AI
model providers used to generate videos, and our payments partner.
- Google Play, for purchase and subscription processing.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect rights,
safety, and security.
Your prompts and uploaded images may be transmitted to AI processing providers
solely to generate your requested video.

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your generated videos and account data while your account is active so
that you can access your library. You can delete individual videos in the App.
You can also delete your account from the Profile screen, which removes your
account data and associated generations. Some information may be retained as
required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

- You can delete generated videos at any time from your library.
- You can delete your account and associated data from the Profile screen.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or
delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age
required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
