Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using VeraVision:AI Identify (the “App”) and all related identification, scanning, translation and classification services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service.
VeraVision provides AI-powered visual recognition tools, including general item identification, garbage classification recognition, QR code scanning, image text extraction, and multi-language translation. The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial daily use only. We reserve the right to update, adjust, or optimize any functional module of the App at any time without prior notice, in order to improve user experience and service quality.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of your parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for your use behavior and liability. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device for personal daily use. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, its code, algorithm, functional modules and backend systems. All intellectual property rights of the App remain owned by us.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, infringing or improper purposes, including but not limited to: violating local laws and regulations, infringing the intellectual property rights, portrait rights and privacy rights of others, using the App for commercial paid services without authorization, uploading or identifying illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory content, interfering with the normal operation of the App, and attacking or interfering with our server and system security.
When you use camera recognition, text extraction and other functions, you may generate image data, text content and recognition results (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining and optimizing the Service. We will not disclose your private User Content to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
The App may contain links or access channels to third-party platforms, services and content. We do not control or assume any responsibility for the security, content quality, privacy policy and service rules of third-party services. Your use of third-party services shall be subject to the corresponding terms of the third party, and any risks arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
We strive to provide stable and accurate services, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, 100% accurate or fully applicable to all scenarios. AI recognition results, including item identification, garbage classification and translation content, are for reference only, and shall not be regarded as professional, authoritative or official judgment basis. We shall not be liable for any loss caused by your reliance on the recognition results.
We may suspend or terminate your use of the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal use behavior, or your use may cause risks to us or third parties. After termination, you shall stop all use of the App, and we have the right to delete your relevant service data in accordance with the privacy policy and legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published in the App, and the updated date will be marked. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable region where the service is located, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully effective.
