1.1 Information you actively provide: When you register an account or activate membership services, you may provide basic information such as your account identifier and payment verification information. We do not force you to provide real-name personal information.
1.2 Automatically collected information: To realize core functions, we will temporarily collect camera image data, scanned QR code content and image text data uploaded by you. We also automatically collect basic device information (device model, system version, network status) and App operation logs to ensure the normal operation of the service and optimize functional experience.
1.3 Non-identifiable data: We will collect anonymous recognition behavior data to train and optimize AI algorithms. Such data cannot be associated with any individual user identity.
We only use your collected information for the following legitimate purposes: to provide core services including item recognition, garbage classification, QR code scanning, text extraction and translation; to verify user identity and manage membership services; to fix App faults, optimize product functions and improve service accuracy; to push necessary service notifications and function updates; and to comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
Your visual recognition data and text data will be stored securely during your use of the service, and we will adopt industry-standard encryption and security protection measures to prevent data leakage, tampering and loss. For most ordinary recognition records, we will automatically clean up redundant data after completing the service response. We will retain necessary log data in accordance with legal requirements for a limited time.
We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties for commercial purposes. We may only disclose your information in the following situations: with your explicit authorization and consent; required by national laws, regulations or judicial and administrative authorities; necessary to protect our legitimate rights and interests and user public interests; and sharing with compliant third-party service providers (such as payment service providers) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal service data; you have the right to withdraw your data authorization at any time (partial functions may be unavailable after withdrawal); you have the right to inquire about our data processing rules and file complaints about data security problems. You can implement the above rights through the App setting page or our official contact channel.
We attach great importance to minors’ privacy protection. If you are a minor, please use our service under the supervision of your guardian. We will actively protect the personal information of minor users, and will not actively collect irrelevant sensitive information of minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy irregularly according to product iteration and legal requirements. The updated policy will be displayed in the App. Your continued use of the service after the update means you accept the new policy.
