This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all membership subscription services, rights and obligations between VeraVision and users who purchase premium membership (“Members”). This Agreement is supplementary to the User Terms of Service. By purchasing and activating VeraVision membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses of this Agreement.
VeraVision provides free and premium membership services. Free users can use basic item recognition, limited scanning and translation functions. Members can enjoy exclusive premium rights, including but not limited to: unlimited AI object recognition times, unlimited garbage classification identification, no daily limit for text extraction and translation, ad-free service experience, HD recognition results, priority functional experience of new AI functions, and exclusive member technical support. We may adjust and enrich member rights according to product iteration, and the latest rights list shall be subject to the in-app display.
Membership services are provided in time-based subscription forms, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription and annual subscription. All subscription fees are subject to the real-time pricing displayed on the App payment page. You authorize us to deduct fees automatically according to the subscription cycle you select. All membership fees are denominated in the local currency of your payment region, and the fees are non-refundable in principle after successful payment, except for the situations clearly stipulated in this Agreement and mandatory legal provisions.
Three auto-renewable membership plans are offered, unlocking all premium features, exclusive content, unlimited exports and asset library access:
Weekly Membership: 7-day billing cycle, auto-renew price $19.99. New users qualify for a 3-day free trial. No charges apply during the trial period; $19.99 will be billed automatically once the 3-day trial expires.
Monthly Membership: 30-day billing cycle, auto-renew price $39.99, no free trial offer.
Annual Membership: 12-month billing cycle, auto-renew price $99.99, no free trial offer.
Most membership subscription products adopt automatic renewal mode by default. After you activate automatic renewal, your payment channel will automatically deduct the corresponding cycle fee before the expiration of the current membership period to ensure uninterrupted membership service. You can turn off the automatic renewal function at any time through your App store account or App membership setting page. Closing automatic renewal will not affect the validity of the current ongoing membership period.
The membership period shall be subject to the valid time displayed in the App. During the valid period, you can enjoy all corresponding member rights. The membership service will automatically expire after the end of the subscription cycle, and your account will automatically return to the free user state. We have the right to suspend or terminate your membership rights immediately if you violate the user service agreement, use membership privileges for illegal or improper purposes, or cheat subscription benefits. No refund will be given for terminated membership.
A "Restore Purchases" button is permanently available on the subscription page. To turn off auto-renewal: Go to device Settings → Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select this App → Cancel Subscription.
After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial or full refunds will be issued for already paid subscription terms.
The 3-day free trial is limited to first-time subscribers only. One Apple ID may redeem the trial once; switching plans or repurchasing will not grant additional trial periods.
All subscription pages clearly display plan names, durations, full recurring prices and all included benefits in your local currency. All in-app pricing matches the prices configured in App Store Connect.
Clickable links to Privacy Policy and this Membership Terms are permanently displayed at the bottom of all subscription screens for instant review.
We will notify users via in-app alerts and system notifications in advance of any price changes. Continued auto-renewal requires your consent after price adjustments.
After device replacement or app reinstallation, tap "Restore Purchases" to retrieve your active membership tied to your Apple ID without extra payment.
Member premium services are based on the normal operation of the App. We do not guarantee that the service will be completely error-free and uninterrupted at all times. Temporary service suspension caused by system maintenance, network failure, force majeure and other non-human reasons does not constitute our breach of contract, and no compensation or refund will be given.
We may update this Membership Agreement according to operation needs and legal requirements. The updated agreement will be published in the App. Your continued use of membership services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement terms.
