LVenture Group SpA is a holding company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, that invests on digital startups and runs the Accelerator LUISS ENLABS – The Startup Factory, born from a joint-venture with LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.
LVenture Group is one of the few listed Venture Capital operators and the only one listed on the MTA of Italian Stock Exchange, operating nationally and internationally.
The investment focus is on companies in the digital world which are highly innovative and scalable internationally.
Investment activity is divided into 2 areas:
● Micro-seed up to €80k for initiatives which are not yet on the market through the (certified) accelerator LUISS ENLABS - The Startup Factory, offering, in addition to an investment, an intensive Acceleration Program which lasts 5 months and provides constant support with the aim of bringing startup on the market;
● Seed with an investment of up to €250k for companies that are already on the market and are already generating revenues. The aim is to support them in the growth phase, raising capital and expanding abroad.
The system of LVenture Group is based on the validation of the business model through the Accelerator and then subsequent investments for expansion and capturing more market share.Our necessity is the traction, therefore we invest in startups that have already shown that the model is functioning and scalable.
The evaluation of proposals is also dividedo into two parts:
● The evaluation operated by the Accelerator is only available seasonally, when the Call that takes place every 6 months is open.
