If your phone is missing or stolen, the first thing to do is revoke your phone's access to your Venmo account. Here's how:
Log in to your Venmo account from a computer you’ve used to access your Venmo account in the past
If needed, reset your password
If you don’t have a remembered device that you can use to log in, you’ll need to confirm your identity another way to sign in
Select Settings from the sidebar, then Security
Click Forget to revoke access to all open sessions (except for your current Venmo.com session)
You should change your Venmo password if you believe it has been compromised in any way.
