The Venmo Mastercard Debit Card and Teen Account, among other products and services, may have extra qualifying requirements in addition to the following requirements for using Venmo:

• You must be physically located in the United States 

• Your cell phone needs to be based in the United States and able to send and receive text messages using short codes. There cannot be another Venmo account with this number on file.

• You have to be at least eighteen (18 years old, or the majority age in your state).

• Update to at least version 7.38.2 of the Venmo app.

The money you get from Venmo can be transferred to a bank account or debit card by adding them to your account. For the purpose of making payments, you might also want to add a bank account, debit card, or credit card.

First, confirm that you fulfill all the conditions in order to create a Venmo account. Then, to register for Venmo, adhere to the steps listed below:

To view your completed and outstanding purchases, navigate to the Me section of the Venmo app.

To get started, launch the Venmo app, select the "Cards" menu, and then look for Venmo Debit Card.
