PRIVACY FIRST
VENATOR Invoice does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Your invoices and client information stay on your device. We never see it, store it, or have access to it.
1. DATA COLLECTION
We do not collect any user data. Period.
The app does not:
- Collect personal information
- Track your usage or behavior
- Transmit data to external servers
- Use analytics or tracking libraries
- Include advertising SDKs
- Require account creation or login
2. DATA STORAGE
All data you create in VENATOR Invoice is stored locally on your device:
- Invoices: Stored in an encrypted Room database on your device
- Client Information: Stored locally alongside invoices
- Settings: Stored in Android SharedPreferences on your device
- PDF Files: Temporarily created in your app's private storage when you export
This data is never synchronized to the cloud or transmitted over the internet.
3. DATA SHARING
You control your data.
The app only shares data when you explicitly choose to:
- PDF Export: When you tap the share button, a PDF is generated locally and shared through Android's share sheet
- User Action: Sharing happens only through Android's built-in sharing mechanism - you choose where to send it (email, Drive, WhatsApp, etc.)
- No Automatic Sharing: The app never automatically uploads or shares your data
4. PERMISSIONS
No permissions required.
VENATOR Invoice does not request any dangerous Android permissions:
- No Internet Access
- No Location Access
- No Contacts Access
- No Camera Access
- No Storage Access (uses app-private storage)
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
None.
The app does not use any third-party services:
- No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
- No crash reporting services
- No advertising networks
- No social media integrations
- No cloud storage services
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
VENATOR Invoice does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed for business use and is appropriate for all ages.
7. DATA SECURITY
Your data is protected through:
- Local Storage: Data never leaves your device
- App Sandboxing: Android's built-in app isolation protects your data
- No Network Access: The app cannot transmit data even if compromised
- Encrypted Database: Room database with Android's security features
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You have full control over your data:
- Manual Deletion: Delete individual invoices or clients anytime
- Clear All Data: Use Settings → Clear All Data to permanently delete everything
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all data from your device
There is no data to retrieve from our servers because we don't have any servers or cloud storage.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be included in app updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be changed.
Since we don't collect data, changes will likely be minimal and for clarity only.
10. GOOGLE PLAY DATA SAFETY
As declared in the Google Play Store Data Safety section:

This app does not collect, share, or transmit any user data. All data is stored locally on the user's device.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar regulations, you have rights regarding your data. However, since we don't collect any data about you, there's nothing for us to:
- Access or retrieve (we never see your data)
- Correct (it's on your device, you control it)
- Delete (we don't have it)
- Port (it's already yours, locally)
