1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Velmora Rummy ("Velmora Rummy," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you install or use the Android application. Velmora Rummy is a recreational card game. It does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes, or items of monetary value.
By using Velmora Rummy, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using and uninstall the application.
2. Information We Collect
Velmora Rummy does not require account registration. The application does not collect your name, postal address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio recordings, camera data, microphone data, advertising identifier, payment information, or authentication credentials.
We do not use advertising, analytics, social-media, Firebase, profiling, or cross-app tracking SDKs in this release. We do not sell or rent personal information.
3. Game Data and Preferences
The application stores game settings, sound and accessibility preferences, game statistics, difficulty selection, and an optional saved match in private application storage on your device. This information is used only to provide game functions such as continuing a match, remembering settings, and displaying statistics.
Depending on your Android and Google account settings, the operating system's backup or device-transfer services may copy supported application data. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and their privacy policies. You can remove local data by using the application's reset and quit controls where available, clearing the application's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the application.
4. Internet Access and Web Content
The application requests the Android INTERNET permission. The Rummy Club panel included in the current release is loaded from content packaged with the application through Android's secure app-assets mechanism. The permission also allows approved first-party HTTPS content to be displayed if a future release or authorized distribution configuration enables it.
When remote HTTPS content is enabled and requested, standard network information such as an IP address, request time, device browser user agent, and requested page may be processed by the web server or network provider as necessary to deliver and secure that content. Velmora Rummy does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking. The application rejects cleartext HTTP, SSL certificate errors, unapproved navigation, arbitrary file access, JavaScript, and DOM storage in its embedded WebView configuration.
5. Feedback and Support Email
The Feedback and Contact Support features create a draft in an email application selected by you. A feedback draft may include the category and message you enter, an optional contact email you provide, the application version, Android version, and device model. Nothing is sent automatically. You can inspect, edit, or cancel the draft before sending it.
If you choose to send an email, the information is processed by your email provider and delivered to alitechsoft07@gmail.com. We use received messages only to respond to requests, investigate issues, maintain security, and improve the application. Do not include sensitive personal information in a feedback message.
6. Permissions
Velmora Rummy requests only network access. It does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, calendar, nearby devices, or shared media storage. System services and an email application may be opened only following an action you initiate.
7. Third-Party Services
This release contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Google Play, Android, device manufacturers, backup providers, internet service providers, and email applications may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising. Information you voluntarily send by email may be accessed by service providers that transmit or host that email. We may also preserve or disclose information received through support email if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate fraud or security incidents, or defend legal rights.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset the relevant data, clear application storage, or uninstall Velmora Rummy. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, protect the application, or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us from the same email address and providing enough detail to identify the message. We will honor valid requests subject to legal and security retention requirements.
10. Data Security
We minimize data use, rely on Android private application storage for local game data, prohibit cleartext network traffic, and restrict embedded web navigation. However, no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and email account.
11. Children's Privacy
Velmora Rummy is a general-audience recreational card game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A child should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before sending a support email. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
12. International Use
If you send a support email, your email provider may process the message in countries outside your place of residence. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. The transfer is initiated by your decision to send the email and is governed in part by your chosen provider's practices.
13. Your Choices and Rights
You may choose not to send feedback, may edit or cancel an email draft, may disable Android backup in system settings where supported, and may erase local application data. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information contained in support correspondence, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise an applicable right. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when application features, data practices, legal requirements, or security measures change. The revised policy will show a new "Last updated" date and will be made available in the application or its store listing. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change.
