### 1. What Data We Collect
The App collects only the minimum amount of data required to provide its core functionality. The only data we collect is:
* **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions you voluntarily type into the App to generate your custom bridal veil designs.
**We DO NOT collect:** Your name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create an account to use the generation features.
### 2. How We Collect That Data
Data is collected strictly through direct user input. When you type a description of your dream bridal veil and tap the "Generate" button, the App collects that specific text prompt for processing.
### 3. All Uses of the Data
The text prompts you provide are used for exactly one purpose:
* **To generate the AI visual design:** Your text is processed to create the bridal veil image that you requested.
Your data is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or any other undisclosed purposes.
### 4. Who The Data Is Sent To (Third-Party AI Services)
To generate the high-quality designs, your text prompt must be processed by external Artificial Intelligence services. Before any data is sent, the App explicitly asks for your permission via an in-app disclosure screen.
Once you provide your explicit consent, your text prompt (and ONLY your text prompt) is securely transmitted to:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** Used to intelligently enhance and format your text prompt for better image results.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):** Used to render and generate the actual image based on the enhanced text prompt.
### 5. Third-Party Data Protection Confirmation
We strictly vet the third-party services we use. We hereby confirm that **OpenAI** and **Replicate** provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
* Neither OpenAI nor Replicate are provided with any personal identifiers tied to your prompts.
* They are contractually obligated to use the transmitted text prompts solely for the purpose of fulfilling the API request (generating your image) and will not use your prompts to train their general public AI models.
### 6. Obtaining User Permission
In compliance with data privacy standards, the App will not transmit your text prompts to OpenAI or Replicate without your explicit prior permission. Upon your first attempt to generate an image, the App displays a clear "AI Data Notice" that discloses what data will be sent and who it will be sent to. Your data is only transmitted after you explicitly tap "I Agree & Continue".
### 7. Data Retention and Deletion
Since we do not collect personal identifiers or create user accounts, we do not store your text prompts or generated images on our servers. Images are generated ephemerally and downloaded directly to your device. You have full control over saving or deleting the images from your local device storage.
### 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, if necessary, asking for your consent again within the App.
