• Fuel fill-up records, service history, trip logs, and expense entries

• Insurance and driver information

• Reminders and document uploads

• App settings and preferences

We do not transmit your vehicle or personal records to any external server.

2. Data Storage

All vehicle records, fuel history, expenses, trips, reminders, and documents you create are stored only on your device using local storage. We do not back up or sync your personal data to any cloud server.

Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

Permissions are only used for their stated purposes and are never shared with third parties.

4. Data Retention

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you control how long it is retained. You can delete any record from within the App at any time, or uninstall the App to remove all data.

We do not retain any personal data on our servers.

5. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the App and any configurations we manage remotely. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device software up to date.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
