I use neat video in premiere , it's top notch for premiere. But in after effects , you can use "detail preserving upscale" and it also has a noise reduction feature that works even better. both are solid options.

The other thing with vegas , the render times aren't very good. On adobe it'll actually use all 24 cores and fill my ram to the brim , while editing and rendering. it really gets the most out of whatever hardware it's got.
i mainly edit and grade in sony vegas 13, yet my use of luts is limited using the impulze luts plug in which has almost no control over the lut, personally i cant even reduce the film grain in it since the plug in only applies the color grade. and how are PP5 and PP6? are they easier to grade?
thank you very much guys, i have downloaded davinci resolve and its totally incompatible with my rx100 video files and need to transcode, yet probably i will lose the slog2 properties.....i will try sony catalyst to see if i can export rx100 iv luts to vegas,
man im having fun with this....i can create my own luts and modify them!! thanks a lot.....one question> can you actually reduce grain in catalyst??? i cant seem to find the tool for it...and i dont think sony vegas has a plug in installed.
I have video of a stage with a bright screen behind it, and I thought it would be neat if I could (easily-enough) punch in another image on the screen. And not just a small section of it, but fill it out with a "projected" image that I'll animate using keyframe movement and zooming.
It's in the area of competition that Microsoft showed its most significant change in stance at CES this year. The 10.4 million worldwide sales figure announcement gave the entire games arm a serious shot of neat confidence.
