Summary

Vector Curve is a creative tool that runs on your iPad and Iphone. We do not require you to create an account. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Information the app processes on your device

• Your drawings and documents
  Drawings, thumbnails, autosave data, and related files are stored locally on your device (for example in the app’s sandboxed storage). They are not uploaded to our servers, because we do not operate a backend that receives your artwork.

• Settings and preferences
  The app may store app preferences (such as UI or editor options and home-screen background choices) using standard on-device storage (e.g. UserDefaults). This stays on your device.

• Optional photos access
  If you choose to import an image into your project, you access your library through Apple’s photo picker; the app processes the image you select for your document.
  If you choose to save an export to Photos, the app adds that image to your library only when you confirm that action.
  We do not access your photo library in the background or upload your photos to our servers.

• Files and sharing
  If you use Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, or other share features, your files are sent through Apple’s system services and the third-party apps or services you choose. We do not control those transfers.

• Premium purchases
  Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us limited information needed to validate entitlements (such as subscription status). For more on how Apple handles purchase data, see Apple’s privacy policy.

Technical note (SVG rendering)

The app may use WebKit (a system component) locally on your device to render certain vector content (for example SVG) into images for editing. This does not send your designs to us; it is used on-device as part of the app’s tools.

Data retention

Because your creative work is stored on your device, uninstalling the app or deleting documents may remove that data. We do not maintain a copy on our servers.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it where required.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted at this page with an updated date.
