Vector Veer: Neon Dodge ("the app") is developed by an independent developer operating under the Play Console account "canbusiness" (the "developer"). This policy explains what happens to information in connection with the app.
NO ACCOUNT, NO BACKEND
The app has no login, no user account system, and no developer-operated server or database. Your gameplay progress coins, unlocked cores, statistics, missions, and settings is stored only in local app storage on your device using Android's DataStore preferences. It is not transmitted to the developer and is not available to the developer in any form. Uninstalling the app removes this data. If your device's OS-level backup is enabled, Android may include this local data in your personal device backup; the developer has no access to that backup.
ADVERTISING (GOOGLE MOBILE ADS / ADMOB)
The app is free and supported by ads served through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Interstitial and rewarded video ad formats are used; no banner or native ads are shown. To serve and measure ads, Google's SDK and its partners may process, depending on your consent choices and region: device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID); app interactions (ad views, clicks, and general in-app engagement signals used for ad delivery); IP-address-derived general (non-precise) location; diagnostics such as crash and performance signals related to ad delivery; and other identifiers Google associates with your device or, where applicable, your Google account, for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud/abuse prevention purposes.
This processing is performed by Google and its advertising partners under their own privacy terms, not by the developer directly. See Google's Advertising Policies (policies.google.com/technologies/ads) and Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure (developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure) for current detail on what the SDK collects and why.
YOUR CONSENT CHOICES
On first launch (and periodically thereafter, as required by your region), the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a standard consent/privacy form where applicable for example under GDPR in the EEA/UK, and equivalent frameworks elsewhere. You can change your ad privacy choices at any time from Settings > Privacy Choices inside the app, when that option is required for your region. The app functions fully offline and offline gameplay is never blocked by a consent or ad-loading failure.
PERMISSIONS
The app requests only: INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (to load ads and check connectivity), VIBRATE (for optional haptic feedback you can disable in Settings), and the AD_ID permission (so the Mobile Ads SDK can use the advertising identifier where permitted). The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage/media, or notification permissions.
CHILDREN AND TARGET AUDIENCE
Vector Veer: Neon Dodge is positioned for a general teen/adult audience and is not directed at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested in a manner consistent with the app's declared audience in Google Play's Data Safety and content rating disclosures.
DATA RETENTION AND CONTROL
Local gameplay data persists only on-device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Advertising-related data handled by Google and its partners is retained and controlled under Google's own policies; you can review or reset your Android Advertising ID and manage ad personalization from your device's Google Settings app.
SECURITY
Network requests made by the Mobile Ads SDK use encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) transport as implemented by Google. The app itself does not operate a server and does not accept inbound connections.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, an updated version will ship with a future app update and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
