Privacy Policy for DSR & LMA

This app allows authorized users to create, view, and manage Diagnostic Study Reports (DSR) and Lean Maturity Assessments (LMA) for personal and organizational use.
Data Collection This app requires an account to sign in. We collect the information you provide and the content you create so the service can function, including:
Account details such as name, email address, and password
Profile and organization details associated with your account (for example role, company, and contact information)
DSR and LMA records you create or view, including company and assessment data entered in the app
This information is sent to our servers at Vector Times (leanapi.vectortimes.com) so you can sign in, save reports, and access them across devices.
Login tokens are stored locally on your device in secure storage so you can stay signed in. Exported PDF or Word reports may be saved temporarily on your device so you can share them. We do not sell your personal data.
Permissions This app may request internet access to sign in and sync reports with our servers. If you export or share a report, the app may use temporary local storage and your device’s share options solely for that purpose.
Third-Party Services This app does not currently use advertising or analytics services that collect user data. Reports are stored on Vector Times servers. If you share an exported file, the app you choose (for example email or a messaging app) will handle that file under its own privacy policy. If this changes in the future (for example, if advertising is added), this policy will be updated accordingly.
Content Responsibility This app is a tool for creating and managing diagnostic and lean-maturity reports. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, for ensuring they have the right to store and share that information, and for complying with their organization’s policies.
