Organization of care delivery and outcomes associated with COVID Recovery Clinic care:
Recovery clinics for multidisciplinary evaluation of post-acute COVID-19 patients in the context of long-term COVID-19 symptoms not otherwise fully addressed in the primary care setting have been operating within several health systems in the USA and worldwide since the start of the pandemic. Reports have catalogued more than 60 individual symptoms of post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) including multiple neuropsychiatric symptoms, rash, thromboembolic conditions, dyspnea, chest pain, headache, diarrhea, joint pain and fatigue. Current evidence suggests that PASC persists for varying durations, with unknown resolution bounds.
