Share Screen
In Zoom, all materials are shared through Scree Share. There is no such thing as uploading documents to the video conferencing platform. Everything is shared directly from your computer.
Overview
Zoom allows for screen sharing on desktop, tablet and mobile devices running Zoom.
The host and attendee can screen share by clicking the Share Screen icon.
The host does not need to grant screen share access for another participant to share their screen.
The host can prevent participants from accessing screen share.
Basic screen sharing
To share your screen, simply click screen share button in the menu bar.
Select the screen you want to share. You can also choose to share an individual application that is already open on your computer, the desktop, a whiteboard, or an iPhone/iPad.

Your students can not share screen?
Recently some faculty have experienced difficulties when it was time for students to share their work. By default, this feature has been enabled, though for some reason your settings might have suffered changes.
Quick fix!
If you are in session and you quickly need to enable screen sharing for students, click on the Security button in your menu bar.
Next you will see the following menu, make sure that you enable the permission for participants to share their screen.
Long term fix - Change the meeting settings!
To make sure that your students can share easily in the remaining sessions of your course, check the meeting settings for this meeting on your Zoom webportal (ieuniversity.zoom.us).
Go to (1) Settings, (2) Meeting, (3) In Meeting (Basic)
Scroll down until you get to the Screen sharing and make sure that you enable All Participants, then click "Save" to make sure that this is saved for future meetings.
