- Device Permissions: Such as access to your photo library, used solely to enable app functionality. 

- Usage Data (if applicable): Limited, non-identifiable data may be collected to improve app performance and user experience. 

2. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

-  Provide core features (album creation, photo import, and management) 

-  Improve app performance and stability 

-  Support proper functionality of features such as Face ID 

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage

All photos, albums, and related data are stored locally on your device.

We do not provide cloud storage or server-based backup services.

4. Face ID / Authentication

Vaultory supports Face ID (or device authentication) to control access to albums.

All biometric data is handled by your device’s operating system. We do not collect or store any biometric information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

-  When required by law 

-  When necessary to protect our legal rights 

6. Your Control

You have full control over your data:

-  You can delete photos or albums at any time within the app 

-  You can disable permissions in your device settings 

7. Children’s Privacy

Vaultory is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above.
