We seek dedicated and enthusiastic Freshers to join our rapidly growing IT company as HR Executives. As an HR Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various sub-domains of HR, including Recruitment, Operations, and Training & Development. This role offers an exciting pathway to build a comprehensive foundation in HR practices within the dynamic IT industry.
Talent Sourcing and Screening:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for different positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing necessary information and gathering feedback post-interview.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Maintain a database of candidate profiles and track their progress throughout the recruitment pipeline.
Foster positive candidate experiences by addressing inquiries and informing candidates about their application status.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, system access setup, and introduction to company policies.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and expectations.
Employee Documentation and Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance appraisals.
Assist in generating reports related to employee data for management and compliance purposes.
HR Policy Compliance:
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, promoting a fair and ethical work environment.
Training Coordination:
Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Coordinate logistics, resources, and participant communication for training initiatives.
Learning Management System (LMS):
Assist in managing the company's LMS platform, including uploading training materials, tracking progress, and generating reports.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure relevant and engaging learning resources.
Performance Management:
Participate in the performance appraisal by collecting feedback, preparing performance documents, and assisting in reviews.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new HR practices and technologies within the IT sector.
Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Exposure to diverse HR functions and a fast-paced IT industry.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

Compensations for Extraordinary Work (Applicable only who are / will be part of Product Development Teams)
Direct Communication with Top Management.
Salary will be around 15,000 – 25,000 with every Year increment of 10% to 40% (applicable only after completion of the training period)
After completing the Training Period, the facility can join any branch location per their preference.
