Membership Duration and Fees:

1. VIP membership period is calculated in months or years, and the annual service is valid from the date of the current year until the same date in the following year. If there is no same date, the membership will be valid until the last day of the month.

2. VariTheme reserves the right to adjust the member service fee at any time based on the actual situation. The adjusted fee will be displayed on the membership payment page. Users who purchase membership services after the announced adjustment date will be charged according to the adjusted fee standard. Memberships can be taken or renewed. Users who have purchased memberships at the original fee standard will continue to enjoy their membership benefits during the validity period without being affected by any subsequent fee adjustments. No additional payments will be required.

Service Content

As a VIP member of VariTheme, you will have access to a range of exclusive value-added services, which are listed on the member page. VariTheme reserves the right to modify or update the membership service content in real-time based on overall member planning, changes in operating strategies, or other reasons. Any changes to the service content will be reflected on the membership page.

Automatic Renewal Service Rules

1. VariTheme offers an automatic renewal service to help you conveniently extend your VariTheme VIP membership or purchase paid products. By activating the automatic renewal service, you authorize VariTheme to automatically charge the fee for the next service period from your linked third-party payment account when the agreed renewal conditions are met.

2. This service is applicable to products and services that require regular renewal, such as paid membership services and paid products provided by VariTheme.

3. You agree that VariTheme may adjust the price of products or services. If there is a price adjustment to the product or service for which you have activated the automatic renewal service, VariTheme will notify you in advance by appropriate means (such as through announcements in the app). If you do not agree to the adjusted price, you may cancel the automatic renewal service in accordance with these rules. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal service, VariTheme will charge the adjusted service fee for subsequent billing periods. If you cancel the subscription within 24 hours before the subscription period ends, VariTheme may stop the withholding service after deducting the service fee for the next service period based on the adjusted fee.

4. After canceling the automatic renewal service, if you choose to reactivate the service, the charging standard will be based on the current page display.

Enabling Automatic Renewal:

1. By enabling automatic renewal, you agree to link your account to the designated third-party payment account.

2. We will automatically renew your product or service that requires regular renewal within 24 hours before its expiration, and continue providing the same content, conditions, and deadlines.

3. VariTheme is not responsible for any renewal failure due to reasons not attributable to us (e.g. third-party system failure, account limit, insufficient account balance, etc.). In case of any adverse consequences, you will be solely responsible.

4. VariTheme offers the following two VIP membership purchase packages:

1) The first package offers a 3-day free trial, followed by automatic renewal at USD 6.99 per 12 months.

2) The second package offers automatic renewal at USD 6.99 per 12 months without a free trial.

Disabling Automatic Renewal:

To disable automatic renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date. You can disable this service by following the steps below:

1. You can disable the automatic renewal function through your third-party payment account or system. Here are the steps to disable the function for some popular payment providers:

(1) In WeChat Wallet, go to “Me” > “Payment” > tap on the three dots and select “Deduction Service”.

(2) In Alipay, go to “Me” > “Settings” > “Payment Settings” > “Password-free payment/automatic deduction”.

(3) In Apple devices, go to “Settings” > “iTunes Store or AppStore” > “Apple ID” > “View Apple ID” > “Account Settings” > “Subscription”.

2. Once the automatic renewal function is activated, you may choose to disable it at any time during the service period by following the above steps.
