The firm was initiated in 2022 with pilot-level plastic waste processing and community-based waste management activities, and was formally registered as a legal entity in 2025, enabling structured operations and institutional collaborations.
Vanzel EcoSolution’s mission is to provide a comprehensive and end-to-end solution for plastic waste processing and disposal, strictly adhering to the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended) and other statutory environmental guidelines. As part of its operational expansion, Vanzel EcoSolution has signed formal agreements with Swachh Bharat Mission–Grameen (SBM-G), Mizoram, and Dalmia Bharat Cement (Meghalaya) for the processing and co-processing of plastic waste collected from rural areas of Mizoram. These initiatives focus on strengthening decentralized plastic waste management systems, reducing environmental pollution, and enabling environmentally sound disposal of plastic waste through authorized co-processing facilities.

• We have signed a 5-year agreement with Dalmia Bharat Cement (Guwahati unit) to co-process a minimum of 500 MT of RDF monthly.
