I really enjoyed the photography class I took in my second year of college.
Self-portraits were one of our projects, and I wanted to have a little fun with the idea of not showing my face. Which, when you think about it, disrupts the traditional idea of self-portraits.
Photos were shot with a DSLR, images were edited and drawn on with my drawing software, Medibang Paint Pro.
This was inspired by a drawing I did during a very stressful time.
I was really stressed and I felt as if my brain were melting. This is the real life representation of it.
This came to life solely based on the fact that I liked having glitch effects.
Although I am terrible at drawing skulls, I am genuinely happy with this one.
I wanted to do something involving a polaroid, and the idea of having an x-ray like quality came to me!
