Meet your Clinic Coordinator!

Clinic Coordinator: Anne Martin

About Anne: At 54, I decided that I really needed to (finally) get into shape, and decided the social aspects of InTraining suited me. My fragile back removed the option of running, but I loved the pole (or Nordic) walking. After my first year, I was hooked and wanted to get more involved. I came back as a leader and have just kept coming back.

How long have you been involved with the InTraining Program? This is my 6th year!

What is your favourite InTraining memory? Trying to keep up with my favourite 70 year-old! My first year of leading was her second year or training; she was dedicated, enthusiastic, in long term recovery from head trauma, and a deep inspiration. I can only hope to emulate such tremendous attitude and drive!

Favourite place to run/walk? Any place I can see or smell the ocean. We’re in a new location this year so December will be a time of exploration.

What can participants look forward to this year with the Level 10 Fitness group? Watching me lead the warm-ups! Two left feet, a lack of rhythm but tons of enthusiasm! Come out, have fun, and feel good!
