Welcome to 3rd Grade!! I am Ms. Vance, 3rd grade teacher at Blackland Prairie Elementary. This year I will be your child's science and social studies teacher! I grew up in Garland, TX and lived there my entire childhood. I graduated from South Garland High School. After high school, I attended Texas A&M University! Gig 'em! After college, I moved to Georgetown and started teaching in Round Rock ISD. This will be my ninth year teaching and my eighth year here at Blackland Prairie Elementary! 

I love spending time with family and friends! I have an amazing fiance, Austen! We will be getting married this year on November 9th.  I have a nephew, Vance and a niece, Ruth who I absolutely adore!! I also have one fur baby! She is a Beagle, named Izzy and she is seven years old! Izzy is very energetic and loves going on long walks!
