He hints that there is an ember that he could use "if only the place wasn't flooded." as far as I know the only one there is the very large ember which you give to Andre. Could it just be old dialogue left in when the developers were originally going to have you take it to vamos, or can you also give the very large ember to him? Why on earth you'd want to is beyond me!
