WHO PROCESSES MY PERSONAL DATA? The Data Controller is Vale Tutor (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Vale Tutor”), located at Viale Ergisto Bezzi 1, Milan. The GDPR defines the Data Controller as "the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data." In simpler terms, the controller is the entity that processes the data without receiving instructions from others. It decides "why" and "how" the data should be processed.
WHERE ARE MY DATA STORED? Vale Tutor does not transmit personal data to non-EU countries or international organizations. The data collected are stored on servers located in Italy.
WHAT DATA DOES THE WEBSITE COLLECT? WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA? a) To contact Vale Tutor directly.
When a user contacts Vale Tutor through forms on the site, they consent to the processing of the provided data (name, surname, email, phone number), as well as any other data they choose to share.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

MINORS UNDER 18 Vale Tutor's services require users to be at least 18 years old. Any data provided by minors will be immediately deleted.
