User Agreement

Your accessing and using of the App and Services (collectively, the “App” or “Services“) constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”), as may be modified and/or supplemented from time to time by us, the owner and operator of the App. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.
We want this Agreement to empower you to make better choices about how you use the App. We encourage you to read the entire Agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Access
We may prohibit or deny your access to the App or any part thereof, immediately and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement or where such prohibition is appropriate, desirable, or necessary at our sole discretion. While we implement appropriate security measures to control access to the App, you are responsible for keeping any log‑in details (if any) confidential and ensuring only you or your authorized persons access the App for proper purposes. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
License and Ownership
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non‑commercial use. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including software, interfaces, design, text, images, video, audio, and other content) are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the App.
User’s conduct
As a condition of your use of the App, you must not:
1. Trespass, break into, access, use, or attempt to trespass, break into, access, or use any other parts of our servers and/or any data areas for which you have not been authorized by us.
2. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the App or interfere with the operation or security of the App.
3. Post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable information of any kind, including content that may constitute or encourage conduct that could be a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
4. Post or transmit any information or software which contains any virus, trojan horse, worm, spyware, malware, or other harmful component, or use automated means (including bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the App.
5. Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way any information obtained through the App which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, or create derivative works with respect thereto, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner or rights holder.
6. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security‑related features or digital rights management (DRM) of the App or third‑party services; attempt to benchmark, test vulnerabilities, or overload our infrastructure.
7. Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
8. Use the App to download, record, copy, or distribute content unless you have all necessary rights, permissions, or are otherwise legally entitled to do so under applicable law and the terms of the content provider or platform.
User content and feedback
If you submit content, feedback, or communications to us (collectively, “User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and supporting the App. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate this Agreement or applicable law.
Children’s use
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”). We do not knowingly provide the App to anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has used the App without appropriate consent, please contact us. If we become aware that children are using the App without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to ban children’s access to the App.
