App:UyanBi("UyanBi", the "App", "we", "us", or "our")
Effective date: 23 July 2026 Last updated: 23 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to the UyanBi mobile application for Android and iOS. Please read it together with our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
UyanBi is a mobile application that lets you view and save publicly available media (such as reels, stories, posts, photos, and videos) from Instagram to your device, and edit or create content using built-in tools such as the Story Maker and caption tools.
We are the operator of the App and act as the data controller for the personal information described below.
Contact: softoniche@gmail.com
We do not ask for or store your Instagram username or password. The App does not require you to log in to your Instagram account to use its core features.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. "Instagram" and "Meta" are trademarks of their respective owners.
The media you download stays on your device. We do not upload the photos or videos you save to our servers.
We collect the following categories of information.
Content you create or edit. Photos, videos, text, captions, and other content you import into or create with the Story Maker, story editor, and related tools. This content is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us unless a specific feature clearly tells you otherwise.
Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Device identifiers. A device-level identifier used to operate your account and subscription. On Android this is derived from the Android device ID; on iOS it is derived from the "identifier for vendor" (identifierForVendor). We also generate an internal Member ID associated with your device.
Device and system information. Platform (Android/iOS), device model, manufacturer, and operating-system version.
Usage and event data. How you interact with the App (for example, features used, screens viewed, and events such as a completed download or subscription), collected through analytics tools.
Diagnostics and crash data. Crash logs, error reports, and performance data to help us fix problems and improve stability.
Push notification identifiers. A push token/identifier used to deliver notifications (if you enable them).
Subscription and purchase data. Your subscription status, plan, trial/gift status, transaction and receipt identifiers, and purchase history, received from the app stores and our payments partner. We do not collect or store your credit-card or payment-card numbers — payments are handled by Apple, Google, and our payments processor.
Advertising data. Where ads are shown, advertising identifiers and related data may be processed by our advertising partner, subject to your consent where required (see Section 6).
The App may include an in-app browser so you can navigate Instagram to find content to save. If you choose to sign in to Instagram inside that browser, you do so directly with Instagram; that session is governed by Instagram's and Meta's policies, and we do not access, collect, or store those login credentials.
We use the information described above to:
provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
create and manage your device-based account, Member ID, and subscription entitlements;
process subscriptions, free trials, gifts, and restore-purchase requests;
send you push notifications you have opted into;
measure and understand how the App is used, and improve and develop features;
detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
display and, where applicable, personalize advertising, subject to your consent;
respond to your questions and provide support; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Where data protection law applies (including the EU/UK GDPR and Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — "KVKK"), we rely on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract — to provide the App and manage your subscription.
Consent — for optional analytics, personalized advertising, and push notifications, where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the App and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights.
Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.
The App may display advertising through Google AdMob. Depending on your region, you will be asked for consent (for example, through a consent request compliant with the EU/UK requirements) before personalized ads and certain data processing take place. You can withdraw or change your consent from within the App where this option is offered, or through your device's advertising settings.
Subscribers to a premium/ad-free plan may see fewer or no ads, as described in the App.
You can also limit ad tracking using your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
Android: Settings → Google → Ads.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including secure storage of sensitive values on the device and encrypted transmission to our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Your use of third-party content and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
