Juices

Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 sprigs of fresh mint leaves

  • hot water

Directions:

in a tea cup add the mint and pour hot water over the leaves. Simple and fresh is best. Why create extra waste from a tea bag envelope when you can have an incredible brisk, fresh cup of tea this way? Peppermint is a great tummy soother, fabulous antioxidant and balancing to your internal system.

refresh water

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 sprigs fresh mint

  • 3 slices lemon

  • 3-6 slices cucumber

  • approximately 1 inch of cut, raw ginger

  • 32 ounces filtered water

Directions:

in a 32-ounce jar combine all ingredients. Seal and let sit at least overnight. I keep mine in the fridge. This one is perfect first thing in the morning because of its detox properties for your liver and metabolism boosting effects.

Rhubarb Water

Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk rhubarb, chopped

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

  • 32 ounces of filtered water

Directions:

in a 32 oz. jar combine all of the ingredients. Let it sit at least overnight. I put mine in the fridge. This one is crisp and tart in a wonderful way. Infused water takes some of the dullness out of plain water and encourages you to drink more water during the day. I drink two of these jars and I know I'm hydrated for the day.
